Do you Love being Kawaii? Do you love entertaining people in a foodservice environment? How about cute maid outfits? Then the Tsubasacon Maid Cafe wants YOU!

We are looking to add new maids and Butlers to our services this year, and we’d love to have you join us! Please fill out the application for an audition for the cafe with Alicia, Jayne and Melissa.

Please note that the Tsubasacon Maid Cafe is a unpaid volunteer position and is a commitment which includes 1. Purchasing pre-determined maid costume by head maid and assistant head maids along with accessories 2. Being present for meetings and trainings either in person or via Skype and 3. Adhering to all Tsubasacon staff rules. All maids are a representation of Tsubasacon and must be on their best behavior at all times. Any misconduct could result in immediate and further disqualification of maid cafe participation. Participation also does not guarantee a free badge to the convention.


Maids must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation to and from the convention center. Maids must be able to stand several hours at a time a provide entertainment and service for guests with a cheerful, pleasant attitude and must work well with others. Dancing, hospitality/customer service, and cosplay experience is not a requirement but is a plus. Voluntary withdrawal once committed may result in disqualification from further maid cafe participation.


There will be entertainment in the form of games, some dancing, photo ops, and interaction with the guests of the maid cafe. Dance modifications will be made for those who struggle and we can provide help for game ideas and interactions.
