Tsubasacon Attendee Registration

If you are wanting to attend Tsubasacon you must first register Online via PayPal.  We also offer at the door registration at Tsubasacon itself.

Pre-Registration

We like to reward those who register early with a discounted price, registering early also helps you spend less time in the registration line when you arrive at Tsubasacon, below you will find the cutoff dates for the various pre-registration prices.

Premium Registration

For $50.00, this registration is limited to 60 slots, and once sold out will no longer be available.
  • Early Vendor Room Access - 30 Minutes before anyone else.
  • (1) 8 x 10 print of our 2013 Mascot.
  • Premium Cosplay Seating - Jump to the front of the line.
  • Premium Concert Seating - Jump to the front of the line.
  • Printed Cloth Lanyard with Limited Edition Badge.
  • Early Friday registration pickup - pick up your badge before anyone else.
  • Non-eligiable for group rate.
  • More to come! We'll be adding more perks at the end of January.

Group Registration

If you are a school or educational group wishing to come to Tsubasacon please email registration@tsubasacon.org for more information.  If you are also a group leader and have previously registered your group at Tsubasacon, please email for more information.

Refund Policy

If you request a refund within 60 days of your registration date we will refund 100% of your registration fee, if your request falls outside the 60 day window we will refund your money minus the PayPal processing fee.  There are no refunds if the request is made after October 1st, 2013.

Badge Transfer

If you wish to transfer your badge to another person email registration@tsubasacon.org with the reason.  These will be addressed on a case by case basis.  Requests will be denied after the October 1st, 2013 deadline.
