Attendee Registration Information

If you are wanting to attend Tsubasacon you must first register, we offer three registration options, online, mail and at the door.  

We also offer early registration, or pre-registration, at discounted prices.  All pre-registration passes are three day.

Pre-Registration

We like to reward those who register early with a discounted price, registering early also helps you spend less time in the registration line when you arrive at Tsubasacon, below you will find the cutoff dates for the various pre-registration prices.

After October 1st, Online Registration will be closed, however registration will be available at the convention. 

Online Registration

The easiest method to register for Tsubasacon is online.

Our online method accepts PayPal or mailing in a check.

Mail in Registration

If you wish to pay via check you can also use the above Online Registration Method to pay by check, just use the "Pay by check" option.

To register via mail you must first fill out the registration form, which can be downloaded here.

Registration must be postmarked before a cut-off date to be eligible for that price.

At Door Registration

Tsubasacon also offers at door registration.  You can purchase 1 day or multi-day.

The accepted forms of payment for at door registration is cash, check, or money order.

Premium Registration

For $50.00, this registration is limited to 60 slots, and once sold out will no longer be available.
  • Early Vendor Room Access - 30 Minutes before anyone else.
  • (1) 8 x 10 print of our 2012 Mascot.
  • Premium Cosplay Seating - Jump to the front of the line.
  • Premium Concert Seating - Jump to the front of the line.
  • Printed Cloth Lanyard with Limited Edition Badge.
  • (1) Free entry into a Game Tournament of your choice.
  • Early Friday registration pickup - pick up your badge before anyone else.

Friday : 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Premium Pickup Begins at 11:00 AM)
Saturday : 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday : 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM 

Group Registration

Groups of 10 or more people are eligible for a $5.00 discount off the current phase price.

The deadline for group registration to be received is October 1st, 2012.

Refund Policy

Tsubasacon understands that plans can change, however we are now enforcing a no refunds policy if the request is made after October 1st, 2012.

Badge Transfer

If you wish to transfer your badge to another person email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the reason.  These will be addressed on a case by case basis.  For example if you email us one day before the convention we will probably not be able to help you.
