The Big Sandy Superstore Arena, also known as the Huntington Civic Center, is located at the heart of Huntington, West Virginia (the second largest city in the state), minutes away from the borders of both Ohio and Kentucky, and just 40 miles west of Charleston. Built in 1977, the arena seats over 9,000 and is the home to the Huntington Heroes indoor football team. The Big Sandy Superstore Arena is the owner of the Riverfront Ballroom and Conference Center, home of Tsubasacon since 2006.

Originally opened in 1999, the Riverfront Ballroom and Conference Center of Huntington is a 16,000 square foot facility directly adjacent to the Big Sandy Superstore Arena. The conference center is composed of a 92' x 92' ballroom, which can be divided into three spaces; the 44' x 96' Riverside Suite, which can also be split into three spaces; and six 22' x 28' meeting rooms.

The Big Sandy Superstore Arena, along with the Riverfront Ballroom and Conference Center, is located eight blocks west of the Marshall University campus. The arena and conference center are surrounded by several hotels (such as the Pullman Plaza Hotel and the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites), a number of fine eateries, and the ever-expanding Pullman Square—all within comfortable walking distance.
