Nahh I have to admit it is easy... I got no problem saying I have done that since forever too. I even snuck in other staff's food and I have done it for several volenteers. Some of you may feel bad about it but im certainly don't. I ate in in the con ops room with eveyone else...

yeah...don't go admitting that XD

be an example for other people and lie about your food habits

If we had one of those gates that they use at a library which you have to walk through to go one direction (and if basically ding you in the waist if you try to walk through, lol), that would do the trick. The only downside is that one of those probably costs several hundred dollars (and not over $9000!) and that may not be a feasibly purchase.

You mean something like these?

Yeah, they look expensive.

It seems my post about the type of simple sign on a stand that restaraunts use for "Please wait to be seated/ Please seat yourself" went totally unnoticed or wasn't understood.

So let me try again with visual aids: http://www.gocrown.com/Stanchions/Signs.html

All we would need is the stanchions, which are here: http://gocrown.com/Stanchions/Crowd_Control_Stanchions.html

Or to make simple wooden posts with plywood bases, and paint them in textured spraypaint so they look nice, and have the ability to put a 3/8"x16 threaded stud into to mount the sign-holders.

Either way, that would help out with the situation and of course, we can use the exit only signs and such that I've already printed up. Also, out of alternatives, building the signs ourselves would prove to be a decent cheap alternative but where do we store the signs?

Here is my feedback from the vendor room in the con. Oh this is Kristina the Neko maid that was head in the vendor room. I thought that the vendor room went smoothly for the most part this year. Sorry for not being there on Sunday I had to take my husband to the ER. Anyways, regarding the opening of drinks in the vendor room, it is going to happen so what I was thinking was we had a lot of extra space in the middle of the room. We could maybe set up a small table that says open stuff here or something like that with a trash can beside of it. Maybe then the staff and vendors can direct con-goers there and the spilling of things would be away from vendors tables.

This sounds like a good idea and I will bring this up in the meeting this evening if you are not able to make it. Additionally, trying to get them to open them in the hallway is a practical idea but can it be done? Probably not. Kids will be kids, lol.  Roll Eyes
