If you have any feedback on your cosplay programming, please post them here instead of in the Cosplay forum. This way, your feedback will be archived for future reference instead of being deleted.

I'd like a non-prized exhibition class for staff members. Mainly because I want feedback on how I'm doing so I know what needs improvement. Although this year, it's probably a good thing there wasn't because at this point Keith's Chamber Cosplay would have annihilated anything I could have brought into play.

I had no idea when craftsmanship judging began. I also had trouble seeing them because they were waaaaaaay down at the end of the alley. I know that's where they always are, but I never saw them so I thought maybe they had moved. Perhaps put up a sign (sorry again Dougerz ) saying when and where the judging is. Also, I had a problem with entering stage right, just because we've always entered stage left since 2004. Though that's just me, I don't think there was anything actually wrong with it.

I feel bad now...but actually this is exactly what I and the other staff wants. Yes, we knew there were going to be a number of signs we needed to do on the fly but as they came up, I got them up...if you know what I mean. However, now that we know what we need, it helps us figure out how many I get to print and laminate for the next convention; and does this bother me? Absolutely not. In fact, by doing this, it shows that we are more organized and professional. Just think if I could do this at Ohayocon...yikes!? Thoughts?

The good news about laminated signs is that you can reuse them in the future. Like, the laminated video gaming room for next year could be used subsequent years. Keep them in a folder at a responsible staffer's house for each year. There are responsible staffers, right?

Of course. In case we change the logo or something of the sort, I'll print a new set...uniformity would be key mind you...

One of the things we need to change for next year. Registration hours were posted in the program, and we gave you a time to come for judging when you registered. However, people seemed to either disregard the registration hours or not notice them in the program, so a lot of the craftsmanship entries showed up at 2pm Saturday, a whole 2 hours after craftsmanship registration was supposed to have ended. And next year I want a private room to judge in. That back hallway does not work well >.> We had too many people just walking by to see what was going on in the middle of judging.

Yeah I didn't see the judging time listed in the program at all. Then again I honestly didn't look that hard because that's not where I expected it to be.

There are a few more considerations that need to be put into the weapon policy, considering items purchased from the vendor room.

I was kind of disappointed that there were no certificates.

I thought we did give certificates to the cosplay winners. If we didn't, we definitely dropped to ball there. We will look into correcting that situation.

After I created some on Thursday? We'll come up with a solution. I'll speak to Caitlin about making some to e-mail you so you can print one, two, eighteen, etc. out on whatever paper you like. Sorry about that guys.

We were supposed to get certificates? I didn't even know. I was happy with what I got. Light and I are already trying to plan for next year. XD
