I don't think she was talking about this being an exclusive event.  I think she was talking about their being people cosplaying as characters from Phoniex Wright as maids.

Yeah I was just saying I like seeing Phoenix Wright characters as maids. I know it's cliche, but people dress male characters up as maids so much because it's fun! And I know it's a traveling thing they do, I just think it would be fun if they let volunteers from cons do it with them. But I can see all the problems it could lead to, so maybe that wouldn't be such a good idea.
